The Training Manager will be a key player in our continuous improvement strategy, responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the training program for our team. This role focuses on delivering best-in-class and on-floor training to ensure our workforce is skilled, certified, and equipped to meet the high standards of engine MRO Services. What You Will Do: • Overhaul the current Training Program: Develop the repair station employee training program required under 14 CFR part 145, § 145.163, categories of training, training program components, and sample training programs. • Develop & Implement Training Programs: Design and manage comprehensive training programs for aircraft maintenance, including airframe, engine, and avionics troubleshooting, familiarization courses, and develop syllabus for other topics • Facilitate Training Sessions: Lead training sessions, including “train the trainer” programs, to enhance internal learning capabilities. • Skills Assessment & Gap Analysis
