Brief Summary Under the direction of the Maintenance Manager and/or the Director of Facilities, the Facility Engineer is responsible for the building maintenance and operations of an estate home in Beverly Hills. The primary focus is on facility engineering and maintenance, and the supervision of all facility-related vendors and contractors. The role will require day-to-day systems inspections and preventive maintenance of buildings interiors, exteriors, structural mechanical and electrical systems and general repairs at a very high level. This position will also escort vendors and contractors.
