Heat Recovery allows simultaneous heating / cooling capabilities from each zone independantly at any given time, superior dehumidification control, web interface, BACnet and LonWorks compatibility, and acceptance by ASHRAE, US Green Building Council, UL, ETL, and AHRI Standard 1230 IEER ratings.
