This is by far the best Dermatology Office I have worked for. Since day one the work environment is very positive, employees have great personalities, everyone is treated equal, management communicates, they are professional & focus on patient satisfaction. All they ask in return is for honest, hard working employees that come to work, which is expected at any job. It is a very busy office thru the year and during season, which makes the day go fast. Staff knows their roles and everyone works together as a team, which is important for a busy office to flow properly. Overall a great place to work and grow. I love coming to my job everyday.

Staff knows their roles and management stays involved without micro-managing, this allows the practice to continue to develop and flourish each year. Overall a great place to work and grow, both professionally and personally.
Feinstein Dermatology at first seemed like a great place to work but the company itself needs a make over. Horrible management, high turn around rate due to people leaving or being fired. They state they pay 70% of insurance yet still charge almost $300 a month just for one person under health care. Absolutely no advancement for growth, only 5 days of Pto are administered and when you take them they make you feel bad about it. Barely any benefits except one syringe of free botox a year. A lot of people do not do their job making it more stressful and too many faux chiefs not enough indians. Also they make you clock out for mandatory meetings which is illegal.The most enjoyable part is the convenience of hours.
A typical day is very busy with managing calls, checking patients in and out, scheduling appointments and collecting co-payments. Company has very high expectations and requires a lot from employees. Management is very inconsistent, therefore employee turnover rate is very high.
Busy Medical office, location was convenient, its hard to really give a really accurate review because I did not work there for long.
I really enjoyed working there. I created many important and lasting relationships with not only other employees but patients too. The hours were great. I can honestly say I was the happiest working there than I was any where else.
A typical day is to review the schedule (up to 65 patients per day for 1 physician) and optimize the operations by reviewing the bottle neck areas. Perform accounting duties. Review and manage multiple projects.
