Job Description Job Description The Account Manager prospects and builds a solid base of new and return customers and clients by providing a variety of HVAC/R engineering, estimating, and project management services. Engaging in ethical activities necessary for promoting, soliciting, and obtaining profitable sales to commercial, industrial, and general contractor customers for product and system installation, service, and preventative maintenance. Responsibilities include (but not limited to) maintaining contact through in person visits to new and existing customers; accurate priced proposals and quotations; prompt delivery and follow-up through job site visits, overseeing sold projects to ensure customer satisfaction. Maintaining regular office hours, the Account Manager will spend an average of at least 45 hours per week actively engaged in such duties.
