Overview: The Financial Controller is responsible for timely and accurate financial reporting and maintenance of the general ledger, fixed asset system, JD Edwards Report Writer, and various other systems that interact with the general ledger. This role will ensure that all transactions are in compliance with GASB and/or GAAP, TGA Regulations, Internal Control Systems and all departmental policies and procedures. Responsibilities must be performed in accordance with all Company standards, policies, and procedures. Essential Functions: Practice, support, and promote Thunder Valley Casino Resorts ELITE company-wide service mission and demonstrate AAA Four Diamond service standards at all times. Maintain the general ledger and financial reports. Prepare monthly financial statements and work closely with departments to provide a thorough review of each P&L statement. Provide information and reports to management in a timely and accurate manner. Ensure compliance with GASB and/or GAAP, TGA

Key Notes: - Bachelors Degree with 3-5+ years of Automation Control, PLC programming - They would consider 2 year Associate Degree candidates that has the necessary experience. - Familiarity with Vision Systems, Motion Controllers/Actuators - Configuring and designing HMI/OIT systems (e.g. Allen Bradley, Siemens, Wonderware, etc.). Program HMI and PLC ladder logic and integrate discrete/analog devices. - Programming Logic Controllers (PLCs) (e.g. Allen-Bradley, Siemens). Dealing with RSLogix 5000, RSLogix 500, FactoryTalk Studio, and Rslinx on regular basis. Hands on PLC controls system knowledge, PLC programming, instrument programming and integration. - HMI design - Must have good communication, work well with others, and be a self-started
