Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing. Clinical Supervisors employed prior to 1/1/17 who have not obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing are required to obtain BSN within 3 years from 1/1/17. California Registered Nurse License upon hire. National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire. ANCC recognized specialty certification upon hire (or within 1 year of hire).
