Description The position is for a temporary Case Manager Supervisor (also known as a Program Analyst) for approximately 2+ months. Primary duties include: • Site visits to work with clients and follow-up on case management, including case conferencing and housing assistance. Site visits can be in any of the 5 boroughs, approximately 2 visits per week. This is not a remote work position. • Administrative tasks as needed, be flexible with duties (and schedule).
