This person will be attending owner architect meetings on the job site, reviewing plans and specifications, reviewing contract and for informants in the work in progress, won't be creating or negotiating contracts, but will be making sure what they are contracted to do is getting done. This person will also be doing quality control and providing management reports. There is no travel other than throughout Palm Beach County, FL.
