We’re supporting a client in their search for Estimators at various experience levels to assist with restoration projects across multiple building systems. This role involves hands-on project management, from budgeting to quality control, as well as ensuring accurate cost estimation, resource allocation, and timely project completion to meet client expectations. Responsibilities: Coordinate budgets, timelines, and resources with project teams. Evaluate project plans, subcontractor bids, and proposals. Manage documentation, including schedules and change orders. Ensure quality, safety, and compliance standards are met. Qualifications: Degree in Construction Management or related field. Experience with restoration project estimating or relevant construction estimating. Proficiency in estimating software (e.g., Bluebeam, Procore). Strong analytical, communication, and multitasking skills.
