Reports To: Director of Operations Manages: IT Employees Works Closely With: Academy Deans; Department Heads Position Summary: The Technology Director performs professional, supervisory, and management duties and is responsible for the overall leadership and supervision of the technology program at Beloved. Essential Functions + Supervises technology department personnel and is responsible for department staffing to include, recruitment, recommending for hire, evaluation, discipline, and staff development. + Participates in district planning and operations to manage technology investment to include infrastructure, hardware and software for all computer systems and equipment operated using technology, and to effectively set and balance technology priorities and efficient technology operations across the district. Plans for end of life replacement of technology assets and dispose of assets in compliance with board policy when appropriate. Maintains up to date inventory list of all assets
