MAIN FUNCTIONS: Provides legal support to assigned attorneys or projects by conducting research, organizing files, scheduling depositions and maintaining records. Researches various states requirements for licensing and certification requirements and prepares documents as needed. A client in the Houston area is looking for a Network Analyst to join their Network Operations team in a hybrid role. This person will primarily be responsible for the day to day management of firewalls and switching. The ideal candidate will monitor and manage a queue of tickets and handle all network related tickets, handle escalations, and delegate if workload is high. This candidate will support anywhere from one to eight tickets per day, with resolution time depending on the severity of the issue.
