Position Summary The Stringer's top priority is to ensure every customer receives the best possible tennis experience with the racquet service provided including stringing, re-stringing, general racquet maintenance, and customization. Sets a standard of excellence in service and product knowledge regarding all types of string, string patterns, and racquets. Grows revenue to meet and exceed personal and department financial goals. Demonstrates member focused customer service to encourage repeat business and referrals. Job Duties and Responsibilities Performs stringing, re-stringing, racquet maintenance, and customization of racquets. Ensures stringing machine is in proper working condition. Provides exceptional service by fitting equipment choices (racquet model, weight, and balance; and string model, thickness, and tension) with the playing style and physique of the customer. Ensuring grips and grommets strip/bumperguard are all in good repair. Fully completes a Racquet Stringing Card
