Service Technician - Cullen Oaks Department: Property Maintenance Employment Type: Full Time Location: Cullen Oaks - Houston, TX Description Our Service Technicians are a crucial part of the property's facilities maintenance team, reporting to the Service Manager or Senior Service Manager. This role involves performing maintenance tasks, executing work orders, and supporting preventative maintenance efforts to ensure the property is well-maintained for our residents.
