Position Summary Behavior Analysts and Senior Behavior Analysts are full-time, salaried employees. Behavior Analysts report directly to the Clinical Director and/or VP of Clinical Operations, where applicable. The Behavior Analyst is responsible for the management of a reasonable caseload (no more than 120 total monthly hours) of learners, families, and Behavior Technicians.
