Location: LA Office RTO: Onsite Our client is a major, long standing global investment management firm. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES The Funds Counsel will be based in the Client’s LA office and will work closely with the Client’s General Counsel and other team members to advise on various legal matters relating to the activities of the firm and specifically, the firm’s private funds business.
