Job Description Job Description We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to oversee and coordinate the activities of workers involved in setting up, installing, repairing, and maintaining machinery, equipment, and components in our passenger rail maintenance facility. Key Responsibilities: Direct workers in mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment to meet Talgo, Inc. specifications and standards. Interpret company policies to workers and enforce safety regulations in accordance with FRA, OSHA, FDA, Talgo, and Amtrak standards. Adjust work procedures and staffing levels to meet maintenance schedules. Initiate, suggest, and implement plans to motivate workers to achieve maintenance service goals. Ensure back shop processes are properly completed and documented (e.g., wheel bearing pressing, wheel assembly & disassembly).
