We are seeking a Food Safety Specialist to provide technical expertise and implement practical food safety solutions at our Pompano Beach, FL manufacturing facility. This role is critical to ensuring compliance with food safety standards and regulatory requirements while supporting the integrity of our operations. Key Responsibilities include collecting and analyzing product and environmental samples, regulatory testing, sanitation oversight, Hold Registry supervision and 3rd part lab collaborations. What You Will Do At Acme: Conduct regular audits, inspections, and risk assessments to evaluate compliance with food safety programs. Perform daily equipment verifications, calibrations, and ensure proper maintenance of reference materials. Maintain up-to-date databases for environmental sampling and ATP testing, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
