Title: Scrum Master Location: Winston Salem (Onsite 3 days a week) Key Responsibilities: Facilitate and support all Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective for Salesforce implementation projects. Manage project scope and timelines while ensuring that the team stays focused on delivering Salesforce features and solutions. Collaborate closely with Salesforce Product Owners and Program Managers to handle backlogs, prioritize features, and manage new requests. Resolve conflicts and remove any impediments or obstacles that block the progress of the Salesforce implementation team. Support teams in the implementation of changes and continuous improvements, ensuring that Agile practices are followed. Ensure deliverables meet Salesforce platform best practices and maintain high standards for quality at the end of each sprint. Coach the team in Agile methodologies and help them to adopt practices that increase efficiency and productivity.
