About the Position We are seeking an experienced and successful Document Control Specialist/Document Controller who will administer the document lifecycle for engineering and construction documents, help define standards and workflows for document management, help lead the collection, authoring, publication, storage and retrieval of documents, and coordinate the submission of documents to the PM team while tracking and resolving outstanding submittals/items, pending review comments, etc. This is a long term (2+ years), full-time, on-site position located in Newark, NJ.
