Job Description: The Manager of Oncology and Specialty Services is responsible for overseeing and managing the Oncology and Specialty Services Programs. This role involves providing leadership, coordination, and oversight of the Nurse Navigators, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistant/s, Genetic Counsellors, Cancer Registry, and support staff. The manager is also responsible for all Cancer Certification Programs including the Commission on Cancer Accreditation and Centers of Excellence. The Manager of Oncology and Specialty Services collaborates with various stakeholders to develop and implement effective oncology programs and initiatives that align with strategic goals.
