We need an organized, capable, experienced person to head up this department to help with location assessment, entitlement, land planning density projection acquisition, and development of land around the south east. The right person will have deep, verifiable experience working in the industry and understand the mechanics of calculated land acquisition and development. They will be comfortable with some travel and able to coordinate staff from the office as well as on the road. This is a high energy position and needs to provide top quality leadership from start to finish. We require a 4 year degree in a related field and prefer a Civil P.E..
