Position Details Associate Head Coach: This position will be responsible for being our - Senior Group's lead coach and assisting with our Age Group Practice groups. (Running / assisting between 6-8 practices per week.) The position will also include leading weekly dryland practices based on the planned program. The Associate Head Coach will work directly with the ELIT Head Coach in fostering an environment where all swimmers feel valued and heard, and their families feel part of a caring, inclusive, and supportive community.
