Job Description Job Description Position Summary The primary responsibility of the Accounts Payable Analyst is to handle day-to-day accounts payable functions: including AP vendor maintenance, entering AP invoices and credits, complying with three-way match PO process, producing weekly & ad-hoc payment proposals, communicating with vendors, reconciling vendor statements, and providing AP analysis. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Manage the full accounts payable cycle from receipt of invoices to payment; including coding invoices, matching purchase orders, obtaining approval, and entering the invoices into the accounting system. Process employee expense reports, including verification of receipts and coding. Prepares batch check runs, wire transfers, and ACH transactions.
