This role manages the clinic float pool, oversees department projects, produces various monthly reports, and maintains position control and time and attendance records. Duties Include: Serves as Manager of the Clinic Float Pool, monitors staffing needs/concerns, providing timely responses to staff, managers, and the Director. Responsible for hiring, counseling, performance evaluations, and progressive disciplinary action for the department. Manages projects for the department. Maintains Position Control. Manages Kronos and time edits. Acts as a liaison between clinics and the Director. Serves as acting director in the absence of the Director of Clinic Operations.
