The Bastian Solutions Custom Automation Applications Engineering Manager is responsible for leading the applications team. The Applications Engineering Manager will oversee all facets of Application Engineering and Solution Development, while providing input and assistance to the marketing staff to produce literature, a strategic marketing plan and general management of the Applications Team. This role will have a close working relationship with the entire management team at Bastian Solutions - Custom Automation, including: Plant Manager, Accounting, Engineering, Integration Manager, and the Manufacturing Manager. In addition, this role will work closely with the other Application Group managers (BAV, BCON & BR) and leaders of the various sales channels. The Applications Engineering Manager will report to the Director of Applications. The Applications Engineering Manager's success will depend largely on his/her communication, leadership, organization, and technical skills. Requirements
