Job Description: At Main Event, our Line Cooks prepare unforgettably delicious food that keep our Guests coming back for more! As a Line Cook, you are passionate about our ingredients, food quality standards and delivering a consistent Guest experience! You are an expert on our prep and spec recipes, operational standards, equipment and utensils. You're also dedicated to delivering the highest standards in safety and sanitation. This position requires the Line Cook to be responsible for preparing the highest quality menu items for guests while maintaining a clean, sanitized kitchen area. The Line Cook is responsible for consistently following recipes and procedures, as well as adhering to Ojos Locos standards.
