Position: Business Solutions Analyst - IAM Location: Phoenix AZ - HYBRID Pay: $67/hr Job Duties and Functions: Under moderate supervision, regularly demonstrate creative problem solving while contributing to the documentation, planning and implementation efforts of small project teams to deliver solutions to business problems. Works on moderately complex issues and helps implement solutions by coordinating the efforts of a small team, defining solutions independently or collaborating with senior process and technical resources. Daily activities will include: documenting solutions in clearly understood language and, often, visually; communicating personal task status to project stakeholders; deconstructing moderately complex problems to help find simple solutions; collaborating with project teams to define workplans; and training, coaching and advising end users on solution use.
