Job Description Job Description Job Title: Janitor Helper C Reports To: Chief Engineer Job Overview: The Janitor Helper C reports directly to the Chief Engineer (Head Janitor). While specific responsibilities will vary based on location, the janitor helper will be responsible for general cleaning, removal of refuse, sweeping and dusting of common areas. Primary Responsibilities · Complete assigned work orders. · Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming. (including party rooms, swimming pools, locker rooms, laundry rooms, etc.). · Vacuum carpet, spot clean, shampoo and extract on an assigned basis. · Clean and dust furniture, blinds and other surfaces, monitor and maintain interior plants. · Service, clean, disinfect restroom and restock soap and paper dispensers. · Putting all ashes and other refuse into the receptacles provided by the premises for waste removal. · Respond, correct, or report safety hazards, or issues while monitoring and cleaning common area
