Overview: POSITION SUMMARY: Under the direction of the Banquet Manager, the incumbent serves the guests in accordance with Hard Rock Casino standards. Responsible for the prompt, accurate preparation and service of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages at all banquet functions. Proper collection of cash (when appropriate) for all beverages prepared. Maintains bar area in a clean and orderly manner.
