POSITION SUMMARY: HIAS seeks a United States Refugee Admissions Program (USRAP) Operations Advisor to support the Allocations team within the Department of State's Bureau of Population, Refugees and Migration (PRM) Refugee Processing Center (RPC). The USRAP Operations Advisor, Allocations will work with the overseas Resettlement Support Centers (RSCs) and Department of State to ensure the smooth processing of refugees allocated to domestic Resettlement Agencies and will contribute to processing improvement initiatives. This includes producing allocation meeting reports of refugee cases ready to be allocated and running RPC-led allocations meetings. The USRAP Operations Advisor, Allocations will work at the RPC to facilitate strong collaboration between the resettlement agencies and the Department of State.
