Managed by nationally recognized operator of major hotels, resorts and conference centers throughout the United States and Canada, Crescent Hotels & Resorts, the reenergized Mayfair Hotel will be positioned as one of the city's newest social hubs, offering a dynamic art and music programming with a distinct Los Angeles touch. Along with Risk, Los Angeles-based talent management group Regime 72 is curating and managing the entertainment experience while Hospitality Alliance, a bicoastal consulting, development and management company, is managing the Mayfair's multi-faceted dining options including M Bar located in the lobby lounge, The Library Bar and a signature restaurant, Eve American Bistro, with Executive Chef Scott Commings, who also won Season 12 of Hell's Kitchen, at the helm. This stylish eatery was named after Eve Cressy, the main character of Raymond Chandler's short story "I'll Be Waiting," which he wrote while living at Mayfair Hotel in the 1930s. Enhanced amenities include the exposed brick-walled ballroom, where the first Academy Awards after party was held, a newly constructed podcast studio, and an art gallery featuring curated art available for purchase. A large outdoor pool located off the third floor will open Summer 2018.
