POSITION QUALFICATIONS Bachelor of Science Degree Engineering Discipline or CAD Design. 5+ years' experience in design and release of functional components and systems integration. Familiarity with engineering and design of automotive parts and systems. Working knowledge of TCE / CATIA, WERS, and Vis Mockup. Strong problem solving and interpersonal skills. Experience with resolving complex issues and effectively communicating to management. Knowledge of engineering disciplines; Six Sigma, DFMEA, DVP, Certification Testing, GD&T, DFM, Variation Analysis. Knowledge of Ford Systems: CAD structures, TcE Study Files, CAD Release, WERS, GPDS.
