Urvan Security Agency Inc. (USAI) was founded by Dir. Edward B. Parocha in 2003. He is a Past President and Chairman of the Board, and a current Director of the Philippine Society for Industrial Security (PSIS), and the National Vice Chairman of the Safety Organization of the Philippines (SOPI). Parocha is deeply entrenched in the country's Safety and Security Industry. Sir Ed, as he is fondly called, was the Head of Security of PeopleSupport Inc. during the time call centers started invading the Philippines in 2003. When PeopleSupport was acquired by Aegis in 2008, Parocha stayed on for a couple of years more before moving on and focusing on his security agency USAI. He mentored the current USAI Vice President of Operations, Choco Ocampo, to take his place. Aegis Philippines eventually hired the services of Urvan Security Agency Inc. for its sites in Manila, Baguio and Cebu. Due to Col. Parocha's expertise and renowned charm, and USAI's excellent performance, Urvan has since then secured other contracts in the BPO, Banking, Hotel, and Manufacturing industries. To date, Urvan Security Agency Inc. manages the safety and security of 4 major call centers, from Luzon to Mindanao.
