Nonprofit President/CEO Houston, TX Our client, a passionate and highly committed Houston non-profit educational organization, is seeking a President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) who will be the visionary business leader tasked with guiding the organization to advance the institutional mission. This individual will work closely with the Board of Trustees and leadership team to foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement, ensuring the organization remains responsive and impactful in addressing its key priorities. As a non-voting member of the Board of Trustees, the CEO will have direct oversight of the executive team. Responsibilities: Provide thoughtful and visionary executive leadership that is inclusive, transparent, and empowering in a manner that supports the organization’s mission, vision, and strategic plan as defined by the Board of Trustees. Description Education and/or Experience A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent work experience is preferred. A high school diploma is required. A minimum of ten (10) years of administrative work experience is required, preferably supporting C-suite executives in the investment, financial, or legal industry. Familiarity with financial terms, processes, and investment environments (experience in private equity, asset management, private trust, or public equities is a plus). Qualifications The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required: Advanced and in-depth proficiency in Microsoft Office software applications, emphasizing Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
