Responsibilities: •Provide day-to-day proactive employment law advice, guidance, assistance and counseling. •Work with HR to help manage and respond to employee relations issues, investigations and grievances. •Review disciplinary actions and terminations with HR. •Assist in managing responses to subpoenas and document requests. •Respond to administrative complaints and Department of Labor investigations. •Respond to EEOC and other complaints of discrimination. •Assist with employment law litigation matters. •Recommend, implement and continuously improve employment law related training. •Maintain employment law files and databases. •Other matters as directed by Head of Legal, Americas and/or Deputy Head of Legal – USA.
