Voltage designed and developed a new website that played into the fun blues and greens of the Saint Luke's brand and played up the ribbon in the logo throughout the whole website. We wanted the website to match the colorful and vibrant exterior and interior of the College building in Westport. Knowing that the website needed to cater to the prospective students and families, current students and families, and alumni members, Voltage made sure there were sections within the site for each user. We included frequent calls to action along the page, in the top navigation and in the icons at the bottom of each page. Voltage created custom post types for testimonials, news, events, statistics, faculty bios, and even the Degree Requirements charts that could be used across the website.

What Skills Does a person Need at Voltage?

At Voltage, specify the abilities and skills that a person needs in order to carry out the specified job duties. Each competency has five to ten behavioral assertions that can be observed, each with a corresponding performance level (from one to five) that is required for a particular job.

  1. Leadership: Knowledge of and ability to employ effective strategies that motivate and guide other members within our business to achieve optimum results.
  2. Customer Service: Customer service is the provision of service to customers before, during and after a purchase. The perception of success of such interactions is dependent on employees "who can adjust themselves to the personality of the guest". Customer service concerns the priority an organization assigns to customer service relative to components such as product innovation and pricing. In this sense, an organization that values good customer service may spend more money in training employees than the average organization or may proactively interview customers for feedback. From the point of view of an overall sales process engineering effort, customer service plays an important role in an organization's ability to generate income and revenue. From that perspective, customer service should be included as part of an overall approach to systematic improvement. One good customer service experience can change the entire perception a customer holds towards the organization.
  3. Coaching: Coaching is a form of development in which an experienced person, called a coach, supports a learner or client in achieving a specific personal or professional goal by providing training and guidance.
  4. Planning: An act or process of making or carrying out plans. Establishment of goals, policies, and procedures for a social or economic unit city planning business planning.
  5. Initiative: Taking decisive action and initiating plans independently to address problems, improve professional life, and achieve goals.
