Job Summary: Oversee a team of case managers responsible for patient care coordination Develop and implement case management programs, including utilization review, intake or discharge planning, and managed care contracting or negotiation Evaluate patient care data to ensure that care is provided in accordance with clinical guidelines and organizational standards Seek treatment that balance clinical and financial concerns with the familial needs and patients' quality of life Rely on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals Lead and direct the team A wide degree of creativity and latitude is required Typically reports to Senior Leadership Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field required, Master's degree in nursing or related field preferred Current licensure as a Registered Nurse

Respond promptly to requests from guests and other departments. Identify and report preventative or other maintenance issues in public areas or guest rooms.Performs any combination of the following tasks to maintain guestrooms, working areas, and the hotel premises in general in a clean and orderly manner. •Receives linen supplies from floor shoots. •Removes trash collected by room attendants. •Walk all assigned floors at beginning and end of shift to collect Newspaper bags, newspapers, trash, soiled linen. •Pickup clean linen and refill the par stock of linen on each floor pantry. •Maintain cleanliness in all public areas including, but not limited to, stairwells, exterior, lobby, elevator and hallways.
