William Penn Continuing Care Campus is a certified Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) as certified by the Pennsylvania Department of Insurance. This designation simply means that we provide multiple levels of care in one campus, allowing our residents to move between levels of care as their needs change. William Penn is not a traditional CCRC requiring large down payments in a "life care contract". William Penn simply provides the varying same levels of service with a more traditional monthly rental rate structure. Movement between levels is offered as preferred placement within our campus. Living in an independent living apartment, needing short-term medical services can be often accomplished by moving less than 200 feet to the next building.
