Job Summary Reports to: Site Director Full Time/Exempt Status POSITION PURPOSE: Teachers take on the role of and are referred to as Advisors. Advisors are responsible for working with students along a learning and teaching continuum to develop instruction that aligns with our Personalized Mastery Learning model using a teaching/coaching style to support students in accomplishing their goals.
