Job Description: Position Summary: Reporting to the Vice President of Strategic Giving, the Development Manager will provide administrative support in activity related to the newly announced Strategic Giving operations. In support of the Vice President, the incumbent will assist in efforts to pursue dual objectives of this new program: managing fundraising-driven efforts focused on building a diverse constituency for birds and conservation, specifically providing strategy to secure an initial $25M investment in an essential strategic priority and driving organizational growth by modernizing our database and expanding Audubon's philanthropic reach to include under-represented groups. This is a unique position as it seeks one who will play an essential role creating the structure and systems necessary for this new operation. It requires an experienced administrative professional with development, project management, and capability and past experience in data analytics and market research

Job Type Full-time Description This position is responsible for managing farm operations and production. Duties include overseeing the land, including lawns and public property boundaries, and buildings on The Farm at Willow Run. The individual sustains all infrastructures that manifest growing and production of the market garden. Responsibilities also include maintenance of all farm equipment and irrigation systems, hoop houses and greenhouse and assisting with market garden tasks and responsibilities.
