Branch Manager III manages all aspects of a branch office that handles loans/deposits of more than $75 million. Accountable for financial performance, customer satisfaction, and branch policies and procedures. Being a Branch Manager III ensures the branch adheres to policies, objectives, and practices of the parent company. Develops and maintains business relationships with customers. Additionally, Branch Manager III oversees, and communicates promotional campaigns and product initiatives. Deploys resources to optimize individual and team performance. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to the Regional Branch Manager.
