Requirements and Responsibilities

Branch Sales and Operations Senior Manager manages the overall operations, sales, and business development activities for a branch location of an organization. Oversees branch operations, including staffing, training, inventory management, finance, systems, and facilities. Being a Branch Sales and Operations Senior Manager builds and manages relationships with existing and prospective customers to maximize sales and satisfaction. Monitors the branch financial performance to achieve sales, growth, and profitability targets. Additionally, Branch Sales and Operations Senior Manager maintains and utilizes up-to-date knowledge about the markets served, customers, vendors, and competitors to drive successful operations. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Branch Sales and Operations Senior Manager typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget.
