Requirements and Responsibilities

Branch Service Representative III answers questions and provides guidance regarding bank products/services, policies, or specific transactions to branch employees. Handles complex or escalated issues. Being a Branch Service Representative III provides consultation to branch employees call into the Branch Support unit by providing expert advice and answers. Responds to escalated calls involving the most complex questions or issues relating to bank operating procedures, products, services, or transactions. Additionally, Branch Service Representative III independently researches and resolves issues or answer questions that often involve interpretation of bank policies. May train or oversee the work of more junior employees. Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Branch Service Representative III has gained proficiency in multiple competencies relevant to the job. Works independently within established procedures associated with the specific job function. To be a Branch Service Representative III typically requires 3-5 years of related experience.
