Requirements and Responsibilities

Client Services Representative (Banking), Sr. processes basic branch service transactions to ensure customer satisfaction. Delivers in-branch services to existing and new customers, including opening and closing accounts, redeeming bonds, and money transfers. Being a Client Services Representative (Banking), Sr. researches and resolves account issues or customer inquiries. Promotes products and services and identifies cross-sell opportunities. Additionally, Client Services Representative (Banking), Sr. is familiar with all bank products and understands detailed processing procedures. Requires a high school diploma. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Client Services Representative (Banking), Sr. works independently within established procedures associated with the specific job function. Has gained proficiency in multiple competencies relevant to the job. To be a Client Services Representative (Banking), Sr. typically requires 3-5 years of related experience, or may need 2 years experience with additional specialized training and/or certification.
