Clinical Outcomes Analyst collects clinical outcomes data and performs analysis in support of clinical process improvement initiatives. Gathers data on performance metrics to facilitate the review of program effectiveness. Being a Clinical Outcomes Analyst evaluates patient care data to ensure that care is provided in accordance with clinical guidelines and organizational standards. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Clinical Outcomes Analyst typically reports to a manager. To be a Clinical Outcomes Analyst typically requires 0-2 years of related experience. Works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. Work is closely managed.
