Requirements and Responsibilities

Collateral Appraiser III conducts complex appraisals and property ratings to establish market values that guide investments in real estate equity and loans. Prepares detailed reports including descriptions of properties, relevant market conditions, and estimates of property values. Being a Collateral Appraiser III ensures that reports comply with bank policy and applicable regulations. May supervise and guide lower-level collateral appraisers. Additionally, Collateral Appraiser III may require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department.
