Supervises all personnel working on construction project including construction and project managers, field staff, and administrative personnel. Being a Construction Management Director serves as primary customer contact. Requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Construction Management Director typically reports to top management. The Construction Management Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure.
