Requirements and Responsibilities

Curriculum Specialist designs and develops employee learning programs in align with organization goal and training needs. Consults with subject matter experts to provide course content and training curriculum. Being a Curriculum Specialist tracks employee performance and measures training outcomes. Conducts assessment and analysis to identify new development needs and recommends training methods accordingly. Additionally, Curriculum Specialist requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Curriculum Specialist gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. To be a Curriculum Specialist typically requires 2 to 4 years of related experience.
