Requirements and Responsibilities

Field Service Rep. II - Electronic Equipment operates on site in an on-call capacity. Duties include performing installation and routine service and repairs of a variety of electronic equipment such as instruments of communication, surveillance, alarms etc. Not responsible for computer systems and related equipment. Being a Field Service Rep. II - Electronic Equipment may require an associate degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Field Service Rep. II - Electronic Equipment works independently within established procedures associated with the specific job function. Has gained proficiency in multiple competencies relevant to the job. To be a Field Service Rep. II - Electronic Equipment typically requires 3-5 years of related experience, or may need 2 years experience with additional specialized training and/or certification.
